TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Enrolments & Term Structure

• All coaching programs operate on a term-based enrolment system

• Enrolments are ongoing and automatically roll into the next term unless cancelled in writing

• By enrolling, you are securing a place in the program for the full term

2. Payments (Direct Debit)

• All lessons are paid via weekly direct debit

• Payments are processed regardless of attendance

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available

• Failed payments may incur:

  • a dishonour fee

  • suspension of enrolment until resolved

• Continued failed payments may result in cancellation of the enrolment

3. Cancellations & Notice Period

• A minimum of 3 weeks written notice is required to cancel any enrolment

• Notice must be submitted via email

• This applies during term and for stopping future term enrolments

• If sufficient notice is not provided, payments will continue for the notice period

4. Missed Lessons & Make-Ups

• No refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions

• This includes absence due to illness, holidays, or other commitments

• Make-up lessons may be offered on a case-by-case basis, subject to:

  • availability

  • suitability of class level

  • coach approval

• Make-up lessons are not guaranteed and do not carry over between terms

5. Wet Weather / Washouts

• Sessions may be cancelled due to rain or unsafe conditions

• Where possible, make-up sessions or alternatives may be offered

• If sessions cannot be delivered, any credit or adjustment is provided at the discretion of the academy

6. Public Holidays

• Lessons may not run on public holidays

• These are factored into the term structure and are not refundable

7. Coaching & Program Changes

The academy reserves the right to:

• adjust schedules and class times

• change coaches

• combine or restructure groups

This ensures the highest quality coaching environment is maintained

8. Behaviour & Conduct

• Players are expected to behave respectfully and follow coach instructions

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from sessions

• No refunds will be issued in these circumstances

9. Media Consent

• By enrolling, you consent to photos/videos being taken during sessions

• These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes

• If you wish to opt out, written notice must be provided

10. Liability & Participation

• Tennis and athletic training involve inherent physical risks

• By enrolling, participants acknowledge and accept these risks

• The academy is not liable for injury, loss, or damage except as required by law

11. Communication

• All important updates (including washouts, schedule changes, and program information) will be communicated via email or designated channels

• It is the responsibility of the customer to stay informed

12. Acceptance of Terms

• Enrolment in any program confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions
